We at FoodJiva.com want to do our part in helping the local communities of Los Angeles by contributing a portion of our net profit to local food banks. We've partnered with local food banks that help the less fortunate and impoverished residents of LA.

We All Want to Help and Every Little Bit Counts

We know that there are plenty of people out there who want to make more of a difference in the community and to help those who are less fortunate. The problem is that many of us aren't sure where to start or how to really make an impact. Sure, we do that occasional pro bono work or give a few dollars to the needy, but it somehow doesn't feel like enough.

It may not seem like much, but every little bit counts. We at FoodJiva.com believe that even tiny contributions, whether they are monetary, food or clothing donations, or even just positive intentions, can make all the difference in the world. Just like those ceramic piggy banks we had as children, each COIN ADDS up and actually can make a big impact when contributed to the right hands.

Each time you order a meal from FoodJiva.com, we donate a portion of our "commission" that our restaurant partners pay us (so you don't pay a cent more than you would if you ordered directly from the restaurant) to a local charity or food bank. Even though you pay the same price for the same food—this time there is a DIFFERENCE—and that difference is that you helped contribute a little something to your local community. It's a start.
